Total solar eclipse
2 August 2027 · Spain, North Africa and Arabia
The Moon hides the Sun completely along a path from the Atlantic across southern Spain, North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. Near Luxor in Egypt, totality lasts more than six minutes, making it one of the longest total eclipses visible from land this century. Never look at the Sun without proper eclipse glasses.
